District REIT is a newly-created private Real Estate Investment Trust with focused acquisitions in local emerging secondary and growing markets in southern Ontario (mostly Golden Horseshoe where roots and population growth is the strongest).

The REIT will own opportunistic and diversified real estate classes including multi-family, service retail, mixed-use, service office, select industrial and limited mortgage investments

Investors will receive tax-advantaged monthly distributions along with long term capital appreciation while maintaining a moderate risk tolerance.

Targeted projections for the REIT are 6.5% cash distributions +3% Asset Appreciation = 9.5% per year.

District is managed by affiliates of The Valour Group and Pro Funds Mortgages and will derive substantial benefits from its expert management team with 35+ years of acquiring, financing, developing, managing and creating value for its investors. Valour currently owns and/or manages over $350M of real estate assets; has over 30 projects under development; 6 of which are currently considered for acquisition by the District REIT. District will benefit from preferred access to these quality assets as well as Valour’s extensive industry relationships to source and finance qualified income properties.
